East Brady

After hauling the boat home, last Monday and spending the week unloading and winterizing, Maria & I hauled the boat up to East Brady and parked it in the mine for the winter. We then spent some time exploring the area, grabbed a bite to eat and saw the over-look, before heading back home.

Brady's Bend - Last Harrah!

Plans are to travel to Brady's Bend, PA to see the changing leaves along the river, before we call an end to our boating adventures for this year. The weather is beginning to return to normal which means cooler temps - more like fall.

Friday's forecast is for rain, so we will pull the boat Saturday morning and haul up to East Brady to explore.

Sunday afternoon, we will load back up and haul the boat home & spend the week unloading and winterizing before hauling to winter underground storage.

Where's Autumn?

This past weekend we enjoyed warm, sunny weather, more like August than October, but no matter we'll take it!!! Saturday my brother, Jeff and his family joined us on the boat for the 1st time, since we got it. Also joining us was our freinds, Barb & Denny. We fished, cooked bergers, dogs & shrimp on the grill.

Sunday, Our daughter, Jess and her boyfreind, Rick joined us!
